SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping policy for Chicken Babe Boutique was updated as of 03/29/2023.

1. Shipping & Delivery Options

   -DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

  • Standard (3-6 Business Days): $7.50
  • Express (2-3 Business Days): $10.00
  • FREE SHIPPING available on orders $100.00 or more.

   -INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Chicken Babe Boutique offers International shipping to the following countries: Australia & Canada.

   Australia:

  • Economy International (6-18 Business Days): $25 AUD
  • Standard International (6-12 Business Days): $32 AUD

   Canada:

  • Economy International (6-10 Business Days): $25 CAD
  • Standard International (3-8 Business Days): $30 CAD

Also Available *Free Local Pickup.

2. Processing Time

Order(s) are processed within 2 BUSINESS days, and during holidays may be subject to a longer processing time. We do take serious pride in our shipping efforts, therefore we do strive to get your order out same day or next. Once the order has been packaged and dropped off to a postal carrier, a tracking # will be available.

3. Cancellations

Once we receive an order, processing begins and often times not, we cannot cancel the order if it is already in the hands of the postal office(s). If there are questions about canceling an order however, please immediately email support@chickenbabeboutique.com.

4. Returns

Returns will be accepted within 14 days (2 weeks) from the date you received your item(s). Items MUST BE unworn, unused, and in original condition. Some items including SALE ITEMS are non-refundable. Further questions in regards to our return policy please visit here.

5. Delayed Orders

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to contact us for a refund. Shipping provider delays to do not fall under the fault of the seller's liability. Please contact the shipping carrier for item(s) status.

6. Damaged Orders

Chicken Babe Boutique is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product(s) have arrived damaged, please contact us so that we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Orders cannot be shipped to anywhere other than the United States, Australia, and Canada at the current given time. We are looking into expanding our regions so that Chicken Babe Boutique can be worn by women all over the world. 

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the U.S. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
